It is important to us to understand your family dynamic and to serve your unique and specific set of needs throughout the time we share together.

At Physicians Preferred Hospice Care, we take pride in honoring our commitment to help you help your loved one make their final transition in comfort. We also provide support to those who are left behind – the surviving family members, caretakers and friends.

How to Get Started

Acceptance if the first step in embracing life’s final journey with your loved one. That, and coming to terms with the knowledge that your loved one and family needs help through this end-of-life journey. We suggest that the patient him or herself contact us or delegate the outreach to a family member, caregiver, friend, doctor or faith practitioner.

Our fees are always equitable and well within market value. Any family member or friend is welcome to call Physicians Preferred Hospice Care at (800) 520-7057. In most instances, we are able to accommodate an in-home visit within 24 hours of your first call to us. Hospice care can begin as early as the following day upon referral from the patient’s physician. Each patient is cared for pursuant to his or her unique end-of-life plan.
